For more than 20 years, Jeremy Burbank has worked in hospitality across Paris, New York, and Miami. The Provision Room brings that experience to a more intimate format: a place where product knowledge, a warm welcome, and an eye for detail matter as much as what is on the shelf.
Designed as a focused specialty market, the concept centers on curated retail, personalized service, gifting, and selective tastings.
